Self Defense Techniques on How to Escape a Back Hold Choke
Turn your head to the direct the hand is travelling and down. If they use their right arm to choke you from behind, turn your head to the left and down.
Grab their wrists with both hands and pull down hard with sudden power. Remember speed and strength combined prevents them from reacting quickly.
As you pull their wrists down, turn towards them, moving one leg behind them. and push their wrist and arm behind their back and up, forcing them to bend forward.
Hit them in the face or knee them in the groin, then kick and run.
